I’ve been enjoying my watch for almost 8 months now since I bought it on 07-11-2025, and I can honestly say it’s an incredible value for its price! It’s so refreshing to see brands like iTel doing such a fantastic job with product quality and customer satisfaction. I truly believe they’re on the path to even greater things in the future. After all, we are all works in progress!
Now, I have encountered a little hiccup—the watch does tend to reboot on its own every now and then. But you know what? I’ve found a nifty workaround! By putting it in standby mode, I get to enjoy an always-on display that shows either a digital or an analogue clock. It looks so stylish! The display is pleasantly dim during the day, which helps save battery, yet it shines brightly at night. Sure, it uses a bit more battery than having the standby off, but honestly, it enhances the look of the watch!
Even with this small challenge, I’m grateful it came my way because I absolutely love this watch! It brings me so much joy, and I’m thrilled with my purchase.
iTel, please send a firmware or software update for this watch to fix the above-mentioned issue.
