Replacement Policy

We offer a 100-days replacement policy for products with verified manufacturing defects or malfunctions. To be eligible, the product must be presented with its original condition (no unauthorized repairs) and valid proof of purchase.

Replacement Windows

  • Within 7 days from ActivationFull-box replacement: device + all in-box accessories + packaging are replaced.
  • After 7 days up to 100 days from ActivationDevice-only replacement: only the handset/unit is replaced (accessories and box are not replaced).

Activation refers to the device’s first activation date as detected by our systems or service tools.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Manufacturing defect or functional fault confirmed by our authorized service team.
  • Original invoice/receipt matching the device IMEI/serial.
  • No signs of misuse, modification, or unauthorized repair.
  • For full-box replacement (0–7 days): all accessories (charger, cable, earphones if any), user guides, and packaging must be included and in good condition.

Not Covered

  • Accidental damage, liquid damage, cracks, dents, or cosmetic wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by power surges, improper use, or third-party accessories/software.
  • Devices with altered/removed IMEI/serial numbers.
  • Loss/theft of product or accessories.

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Bring the device to an authorized service center with your proof of purchase.
  2. Our technicians will run a diagnostic to verify the defect and the Activation date.
  3. If eligible, we will process:
    • A full-box replacement (0–7 days), or
    • A device-only replacement (8–100 days).

Note: Replacement units may be new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability. Replacement does not extend or restart the original 100-day replacement window; standard warranty terms continue as applicable.
