Warranty Policy

- Quality-Related Defects: All quality-related defects on items sold directly by itel or itel's authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of activation.
- Country Restriction: itel's limited warranty is valid only within the country of purchase. The warranty becomes void if the item is taken outside the original country of purchase, or if shipped directly from an authorized online purchase to another country.
- Product Eligibility: This warranty covers only genuine itel products. It does not apply to normal wear and tear, or to defects arising from misuse, mishandling, accidents, or unauthorized repairs of the product.
- Non-Transferable: Warranty applies exclusively to the primary purchased product and is not transferable. Any free or promotional additional product(s) provided are not covered under this warranty.
Note: Warranty services are provided only through itel-authorized service centers. Proof of purchase and device activation details may be required for warranty claims.
Exclusions
- Damage caused by accidents, liquid exposure, or external factors.
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or use of non-original parts.
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration) not affecting functionality.
- Loss or theft of the device or accessories.
