Good sound but paining my ear

It's quite a nice earbud for it's price. The feature love the most is the game mode(it has a good low latency mod). Then it's in-built classic and spatial mode is also nice.
Only complaint I have is that my ear starts to pain me when I wear it for too long.
Also Itel please learn to communicate with your customers. I placed an order and wasn't given a delivery date to look forward to, and it took over a week for it to be delivered which is quite long.

I am enjoying it, at full charge last up 3 days....
