The powerbank i got wasnt working and i had to visit Carlcare for a repair

I bought mine more than 2 months now and am enjoying every bit of it.
The sound is good for music but when I use it in making calls, the other person can’t hear me. It doesn’t have noise cancellation too. So I wouldn’t recommend this
The ear buds kept falling off from my ears and it wasn’t loud enough.
What’s the point of buying something so expensive that it can’t even clip or stay in one place.
I honestly need a refund cos I’m so disappointed
My experience has been great, since I'm following the rules of maintaining it.
Swells up just few weeks after use. Bought two units of this 2025 ending. One ruptured its casing in a swollen state. Took them to replacement centre and they refused to replace one saying due to the mark given to it. Was I buying them to return them? Wasn't I buying in good faith to use. What if during use someone stole them? How does Itel expect me to find it and lay claims without inscription? You can't produce something bad and then cheat your customers of their money citing inscription policies. No body buys to return!! This is my second time of buying your powerbanks and each time they swell up under days. I am so unhappy writing this
Nothing to indicate if the battery is fully charged it keeps showing red I don't really understand it even while using the panel that comes with it it is not working as expected and I was trying to market it out for customers but seeing the function I don't think I will be able to market this out
If not na Airtel, I for no believe na 20k mah. Very portable and easy to carry. Eliminates the need for having to carry extra cable around
A very nice watch. Interface is good and the functions are perfectly stated out.

To me the airport is okay the only problem I have is the playing hours it's not up to the hours itel said is going to play up to but apart from that the airboard is very good

My itel ISW-020 watch power button suddenly stopped working💔. I've not been able to turn it on with the power button Since yesterday
A pretty awesome product, totally enjoying mine so far since purchase.
Product doesn't work. I bought two and could not pair any of the rings to both of my devices. Paiingr through the app doesn't work as the app kept on crashing. Pairing through the regular Bluetooth interface doesn't work either. I was asked to take the device to Carl Care despite just getting the device less than 2 hours ago.
It wasn't connecting to the app. Had to take it to calcare for it to be fixed. Still waiting on calcare.
I will suggest to check the app.
