How do I place an order on the itel Official Store?
To place an order, visit the official itelhome and select a product.
- If you are a new user start by creating a profile here.
- Then browse and select the product you want either through the itel Official Store Homepage, Collections/Categories, or all Products.
- Choose your preferred delivery method(Shipping or Pickup when both are available depending on the selected product).
Note: We deliver to many states across Nigeria. However, available shipping options may vary depending on the product(s) you select. The shipping methods available for your order will be displayed during checkout.
- Choose the nearest itelhome store(with the Pickup option) and click the Complete Order button.
Our dedicated Customer Support team will take it from there and contact you whenever necessary, based on the options you selected.
What payment option do I pick?
You can select “Pickup” for in-store pickups OR “Cash on Delivery (COD)” for home delivery.
Can I Swap Products?
Yes, we offer a device-swap program exclusively for our mobile phones.
To determine if your device is eligible, kindly visit your nearest official itel Home Store where our team will inspect the device and guide you through the swap process.
What should I do if my itel Official Store order is delayed?
